On this episode of the Resiliency Factor Podcast, I sit down to speak with my good friend Kelly Dunlap. Kelly is a metabolism and hormonal fat-loss nutrition coach that educates, supports and empowers entrepreneurial females to be active advocates in their own health journey and to break free of the obstacles holding them back, so they can achieve their personal development and wellness goals.
She accomplishes this through personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused primarily on holistic lifestyle modification, improving self-confidence and personal accountability.
With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and having personally experienced and overcome self-destructive behavior and struggles with autoimmune issues, excessive weight loss and gain, binge eating and drinking and bulimia, the all or nothing and always starting over mindset, Kelly realized her calling. It was the shift in her own mindset and behaviors that showed her she wanted to help others on their journey through self-discovery, empowering thoughts, habits and lifestyle practices. All of which catapulted them to personal and professional success.
